Our BBA students recently had the incredible opportunity to visit the state-of-the-art Yakult Danone India manufacturing facility. This visit offered them a firsthand look at the fascinating production process behind one of the world’s leading probiotic drinks. This visit not only enriched our students’ academic learning but also gave them valuable exposure to real-world business operations and sustainable practices. Ms Mehek from Yakult gave an insightful introduction about the inception and history of Yakult. Following this, the students were taken on a tour of the plant, where they observed the detailed industrial process. Ms. Mehek explained each step meticulously, and students had the opportunity to witness live demonstrations from the designated audience area. As part of the visit, each student was given a Yakult drink to taste, which added a practical element to the experience. The tour concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by group photographs to capture the memorable day.
