For many years, it has been a tradition to organize TERI’s annual sports event “TERI SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP. This year, the same has been organized from 3rd Oct. 2019 to 12th Oct 2019 at TERI SAS Campus, Vasant Kunj and TERI GRAM, GWAL PAHARI. The TSC-2019 was inaugurated by Registrar Capt. Pradeep Kumar Padhy (Retd.), Dr. Vinay Sinha and Dr. Atul Kumar. In this sports event, teams had participated in sports events like, Cricket, Football, tug of war, Athletics, table tennis, Volleyball, Badminton. In order to manage such big events, considerable finance is required and we got “Canara Bank” on board as sponsor for the TERI SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP-2019 event.

The event witnessed huge participation in almost all games. Students as well as faculties along with administrative staffs too participated in games. Two-week long sports event was conducted smoothly. On behalf of TERI Sports Committee and students, I would like to thank Pro Vice-Chancellor Sir, Registrar Sir and Administration department for their support throughout the event.
