On 15 August the national flag was unfurled in University campus followed by singing of the national anthem. 
Dr. R K Pachauri, Chancellor, TERI University delivered the Independence Day Massage and led the audience with a reverberating "Jai Hind" bringing the celebrations to a fitting close.
