The eighth webinar organised by M.A. (Public Policy and Sustainable Development) on 12th June 2021 at 3:00 PM (IST) emphasised on resilient green cities that promote sustainable development, well-being and inclusive growth based on systematic policy considerations.

The webinar also paved way for the discussion on the concept of Universal Service Delivery and its challenges in implementing, controlling and improving the governance standards in the public service delivery.

The webinar provided an opportunity to know better the real and practical problems and its solutions in the context of green cities and public service delivery in India. Prof Shaleen Singhal, Dean (Research and Relationships) & Professor, Department of Energy and Environment, TERI SAS, spoke on ‘Green Growth and Planning for Resilient Cities’ and Mr Abdul Kayum, Director, Ministry of Communication, Government of India, educated the participants on ‘Universal Service Delivery Challenges’ respectively.
