To observe the World Water Day 2021, the Department of Regional Water Studies at the TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) concluded a two-day training programme in 'Digital Tools for Water Audit' on 23rd March 2021.
The activity was the part of SWASH (Save Water Save Humanity), the annual event of the department. Over 100 participants attended the online training and enhanced their knowledge on a slew of topics such as Water Pricing and Demand Management, AWWA Water Audit Software for Urban Water Utilities and FAO's CROPWAT for crop water requirements.
The event was sponsored by the TATA STEEL Ltd and was in collaboration with the National Water Mission, Ministry of Jal Shakti.
