A Workshop on Program Leadership and Curriculum Development was organized at TERI University for the faculty members of the Royal University of Bhutan from 8th May, 2017 to 11th May 2017. The participants were expected to develop and lead academic programs at their own institutions. Hence, this workshop was aimed at providing academic leadership and management skills to the participants. The participants were also trained in designing curriculum of an academic program. This included implementation of field work based studies, practical training with external agencies, research based courses, interdisciplinary courses, etc. into the curriculum.
