The first webinar titled ‘Higher Education in Geoinformatics: Opportunities and Challenges' took place on April 7th 2021. Since it was the first webinar of the seven webinar series, it focused on career prospects in the field of Geoinformatics after getting higher education in the field.

The presence of senior scientists from the space department, industry experts and academia paved way for great discussion over the subject of Geoinformatics as a whole and what opportunities and challenges, the subject brings to the students who choose to pursue a career in it.
