The webinar on ‘International Rivers and the emerging legal challenges’ on 6th May 2020 between 4 PM to 5 PM not only left the participants enriched with knowledge and understanding of trans-boundary water laws, it also provided significant insight to people about the domestic water disputes between different states in India.

The participants interacted with Mr. Mohan V Katarki, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India and an expert in trans-boundary water law. He has represented various states in inter-state water disputes before the apex court and Inter-State Water Disputes Tribunals.
