The webinar is the first in the PEER Seminar Series 2022 and Dr. Singh along with Dr. Abida Farooqi, of Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan and Prof. Alexander van Geen, Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory, Columbia University to discuss how the health risks from groundwater contamination can be reduced by using easy to measure however imprecise estimates of the arsenic and fluoride from the groundwater in both-Pakistan as well as India’s side of rural Punjab.
