Dr. Moumita Acharyya is faculty of Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour. She is a recipient of the prestigious Dr. S. Radhakrishnan post-doctoral fellowship in Humanities and Social Sciences. She completed her Doctoral studies from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She is UGC NET-JRF qualified. She has published articles in various national and international journals, book chapters and presented papers in various conferences of repute.

She has conducted various MDP's and corporate training in the area of Human Resource Management, Interpersonal Skills, Diversity management and Team development. She is also a certified POSH trainer. She has taught in various reputed colleges like Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (Delhi University), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Amity University, Galgotia University, IILM and NDIM before.
