Dr Ritika Mahajan received the Best Research Paper Award yesterday at the International Conference on ''Rethinking Management Education: From Chanakya to Adam Smith'' organised on May 6-7, 2017 at the India International Centre by ISOL (Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership) foundation. This foundation started in 2002 as the outcome of the 1st International Conference on ''Business Social Partnership: Beyond Philanthropy'' jointly organized at IIM Calcutta in 2002.

The conference hosted intensive deliberations over two days on the need to integrate "Indian Ethos and Sustainability in Management Education'' with speakers from academia, government, industry as well as media including the IIMs, IITs, AICTE, MHRD, KPMG, SAP India etc.
