Position Title: Technical Staff
Nature of the Research Engagement: To work on the project, IPSA-Kumbh – Mapping impact of floating population on sewerage infrastructure and river water quality during Maha Kumbh 2025 at Prayagraj under Namami Gange Programme. The project partners are TERI School of Advanced Studies, IIT Roorkee, IIT-BHU and Hokkaido University. To also contribute to research activities as and when required, of the Centre in the domain of sustainability with emphasis on aspects such as net zero educational campuses, stakeholder engagement and urban planning, quantitative methods, and life cycle/carbon footprint assessments and circular economy.
Duration of the Position: 6 Months and expected to be extended further (Co-terminus)
Monthly Salary: 18,000 - 35,000 + HRA (27%), depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor and master in architecture/humanities/social science and public policy. Experience of undertaking field studies relating to research projects, data analysis, contribution to developing research proposals, writing research project reports and organising research outreach activities, contribution to organising training programmes, and any other research related activities. Willing to be stationed at Delhi and to travel to Prayagraj and across India, as and when required.

Visit:

Job description/Profile:
1. Diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders of students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
2. Advise faculty, staff and students with health care needs, as well as care for illness and provide routine check-ups.
3. Prescribing medications or therapies.
4. Provide lectures to students, teaching and non-teaching staff on health-related issues
5. Complying with medical laws
Requirements and skills:
1. DMC registration certificate
2. Proven experience in advising students, teaching and non-teaching staff on medical issues
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work effectively with students, teaching and non-teaching staff
5. Experience in handling critical illness
6. The ability and willingness to stay up to date on advancements, innovations, and developments in the field.
7. Patience and compassion.
Eligibility and experience
Preferably MD in medicine with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Remuneration:
Rs 5000/- per sitting (per day for 3 hours)
