Position: Secretarial Assistant (Contractual)
Number of position: 1
Job description/profile
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to staff and management on day-to-day basis
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls and follow up with colleagues on action taken etc.
• Maintain records, files, and databases
• Coordinate events, conferences, and workshops
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the University.
Eligibility and experience
• Graduate degree in a relevant field (secretarial practice, administration, etc.)
• Proven experience as a secretarial assistant or similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Desirable:
• Candidates with about 2 years of working
• Freshers are welcome to apply
Salary: Rs.30000/- (per month all inclusive)
