The study highlights the results achieved and followed for the preparation of Peer Assessment report (PAR) of Personal Care Products division of the company. The report starts with explaining what a PAR is. Then goes on to explain the steps followed and methodology adopted for its preparation. The various steps involved in the PAR preparation are as follows: Peers shortlisting ,Identification of material topics ,Peer Diagnostic based on Material topics , Company Diagnostic , Case study based on the best Practices on the material topic ,Swot Analysis of the company based peer and company diagnostic ,Preparation of way forward plan for the company based on Swot Analysis. Each step is explained along with the illustrations in the report. The report also includes some glimpses of how the PAR looks. The report in the results and discussion part highlights the managerial and policy implications a PAR has as well as challenges faced during the report preparation.
