ANNOUNCEMENTS
This report describes the responsibilities of Major Project Internship at ‘EY’ India, and I heartily endorse this internship to gain experience in the consulting industry, particularly in the ‘‘ESG’’ assurance sector. ‘EY’ is a platform offering accounting and auditing services. It offers a variety of utilities and services to all industries, including the ‘‘ESG’’ sector, which is overseen by our climate change team.
I was assigned the task of working on and drafting various ‘‘ESG’’ reports in accordance with their accepted formats and criteria. In addition, I had the chance to work on the Scope 3 Intervention as a solo project, which allowed me to develop a fresh perspective on sustainability practices across various domain. For our many clients, we do audits and GHG accounting in order to assist them with their emissions and help them understand how to address those problems. To execute our study more methodically and to get pertinent data for our client so they could assure and grasp the market demand and compliances in the best way possible, we further conducted analysis with our peer customer of a similar industry. This allowed us to undertake a gap analysis.
The role I was allotted over the time was:
1. To collect and study the necessary data ‘‘ESG’’ standards
2. Analyse of the current trend and issues that clients were invested in.
3. Create a weekly and monthly working strategy as per program structure
4. Prepare and create report related content for the program and services
5. To avail all the necessary resources for program functioning
6. Engaging with stakeholder to get them on board
7. Conduct Audits for plants
Additionally, we implemented various approaches that enabled us to accomplish our goals, including designing the programme and working as an intern with ‘EY’ while developing strategic plans.
The main learnings and findings of the project work include, creating Collaborative strategies, programme structure and other offered task to support the programme. I have also conduct audits with our clients, which resulted in a reliable collection of verified data. I also got to learn regarding different, how does companies align their ‘‘ESG’’ practices, and I also understand how the brand image works as a key asset for any company.
