This research paper aims to explore the integration of circularity in the business model of an electronic exercise bike manufacturer retailer. The goal is to develop an impactful pitch for the client by identifying circular business opportunities across their value chain and proposing a framework to identify the most suitable circular business model. The research presented in this paper provides an analysis of circularity frameworks, successful business cases, and relevant resources to support the client in their journey towards a more circular and sustainable future. It highlights the importance of a framework necessary when considering circularity for business such that no value is lost or at risk across the entire value chain.
