In today’s world, energy is a major demand throughout the globe. Various types of industries (MSME) whether small, medium, or large, have huge requirement of energy for their plant to run properly. ECO Energies, help those type of industries to reduce their energy consumption and monitor the live performance of their different machines. This is done by Energy Audits and IOT based monitoring. This study mainly focuses on the Energy Audits and EMS installations carried out during my internship period. This study helps in showing the energy savings and benefits of IOT 4.O.
Energy audit has been carried out in PowerGrid Building, Gurgaon. Energy Audits were performed in various sections of the buildings and some technologies have been identified on the implementation of which large amount of energy savings can be achieved. The energy savings have been calculated including payback period and electricity cost reduction. Total Energy Saving Measures observed will reduce the Annual energy consumption by 17 %. Annual Monetary Saving will be around Rs. 46 Lakhs.
