Abstract:

This research is based on a review of protocols from SBM's prominent certifications, such as ODF, ODF+, ODF++, and Water+. A broad list of protocols is examined, which is based on government handbooks and a catalogue of significant indicators. The trend of certifications is studied year by year as well as state by state. In addition, component-by-component analysis is carried out, with public and community toilets being classified into five groups. In addition, a list of policy-level proposals is included.
