Abstract:

One of the most burning issue in India is gender diversity on corporate boards. The woman was considered weak in comparison of men in all respect, still situation is not so good for women. The government has enacted some laws and still making efforts to make at every stage for the betterment of women, society and country.

In the twentieth century responsibility of woman in the workplace is most considerable issue and they are facing discriminatory treatment in corporate affairs. The government taking step in this regard by making various laws for better and equal treatment with women in corporate sector.
