The Indian economy has piqued the interest of international investors. The foreign direct investment laws imposed by India have attracted more international investors, and real estate in India appears to be the most attractive industry at the present. This study will describe a study on India's developing markets, investment potential, and problems. India has experienced the benefits of "real estate globalization" with a population of over 120 million people. According to this study, the key causes fueling Indian real estate are the opportunities that have come into India with global finance. It delves into the complexity of investing in Indian real estate and offers strategies for controlling the market.
