ANNOUNCEMENTS
This dissertation thesis examines the debate on the meaning of sustainable development goals and it being implacable in the solving the various future problems of mankind. It also integrates mainstream and Islamic positions on the subject. This dissertation looks over various existing guidance in Islam which can be engineered to sail the sheep to reach the destination of achieving sustainable development goals. Here in this thesis, inspiration from the maqasid (objectives) of the Shari‘ah and verses of the holy Qur‘an that indicate a way out of this current scenario. Arguments like Islamic approach is more agreeable to environmental protection and concludes that the economically, socially and environmentally the Islam carves out way to achieve our SDGs.
