Abstract:

There has been an exponential increase in CSR spending ever since the Act was passed in 2014 by the Government of India; This in turn has led to an increase in the number of social development projects that are being undertaken. But before any step is taken its necessary to make a plan to set down rules and regulations, set benchmarks, assign responsibilities etc. A lot of activities to complete both at an organizational level and the project level. And after the intervention has taken place its time to measure its impact; As its important to show the results to all the people involved, but how to do this there are a lot of ways and methods some of which are flexible and some rigid some are comprehensive and some are simple. But there is no single accepted process; Which also takes into account the SDG’s based impact assessment.
