The need to improve the impact of unsustainable human actions and to develop the skillset of future leaders, an effective and unique system of education for sustainable development needs to be designed. Studies strongly recommend that education for sustainable development requires a significant shift in the current curriculum practices and educational institutions, especially schools should implement an effective plan for encouraging the students to take up the issues of sustainability as a priority. Education for sustainable development is not limited to only providing classroom lessons on environmental science or performing tree plantation drives at schools in the name of sustainability centric activities. It should rather involve engagement of students in real time sustainability centric challenges that gives them an exposure to the real-world problems starting from engagement with local communities. The study aims at providing schools with a product of more relevance to this problem - Sustainability Today for Schools which is an e-magazines that covers the untouched areas related to sustainable development. It not only provides solution to the problem, but also allows students to express their ideas, thoughts and gives their young minds a platform that encourages them to make the society a sustainable place to live through the means of engaging activities for them. Through this study, target segments have been identified based on a few indicators. These target segments will be further targeted using a set of pre-defined marketing strategies based on their characteristics.
