Abstract: The report covers the analysis of a year old 10 MW solar plant in Badi Sid, Rajasthan. Along
with the study of micro-cracks in PV modules.
The main motive of the project is to analyze the real time plant data and understand the
performance of the plant by conducting various inspection and on field tests at the site. A
comparative study of the PVsyst simulated data with the actual data of the plant has also
been done.
For quality analysis, manufacturing quality plan for various companies were studied along
with EL and IR images of various modules (multi-crystalline), and a consolidated quality
plan was developed for micro cracks, black spots and dark areas.
