Abstract: This project involves, discovering and helping the new opportunity for Shiv Nadar Foundation- SHIKSHA Initiative to eradicate the illiteracy from the India using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) intervention more efficiently. Project is planning to expand in three districts and one thousand schools so it‟s expansion required an extensive planning for every activity of the project.
Project is more focused on implementation rather than research that allows us to use the concept of organisational structure, effective communication, organizational behaviour, Strategy formulation, operation and management, etc. in practical application in the workplace to complete the given task and planning of the Theta stage expansion.
Development and execution of the plan holds essence of the project, that exposed us to ground level reality of the society on which a good strategy may thrives upon. We have been able Synchronise different scenarios and challenges that helped us to develop an effective expansion plan that SHIKSHA is following. An expansion of operations is in motion in new locations and a change in the existing organisational structure also.
