Abstract: This thesis work comprises of three tasks. The first task was to analyze and assess the Renewable Energy
policy of Madhya Pradesh. Study the current energy usage pattern of the plant and suggest the feasible RE
technology for the upcoming plant, and finally, develop/model the proposed solution and evaluate its
potential. The detailed plant design layout was based on the site assessment. Comparison of south facing
with east west facing pv modules on the basis of generation and space use optimization. Demonstrate 3.3
times more space utilization in the east west orientation. The report contains the technical specification
details of the electrical and mechanical components used in the installation of the plants, about 17% cost
reduction benefits to the company due to renewable policy of Madhya Pradesh and various steps involved
in.
