The following shall constitute the Appropriate Authority wrt implementation of the Intellectual Property Policy at TERI School of Advanced Studies:-

Notification: Composition of the Scholarship Committee - 11 March 2024
 

Note: If any of the Committee member is the creator, then suitable replacement to be made with the approval of the Vice Chancellor.
 

For clarification of provisions of IPR guidelines or when any creator of IP believes that their work encompasses more than the regular usage of University resources, they must report to the Appropriate Authority through the convener for its decision.
