Holding a portfolio of 140 projects, with 35 undertaken in Project Lead capacities, her expertise encompasses environmental awareness, strategic behaviour change communication, and sustainability. Backed by a PhD in reclaimed municipal wastewater use and water sustainability, she has spearheaded impactful initiatives throughout her two-decade career. Dr. Neha's accomplishments span from conceptualizing projects to leading them, and fostering pro-environmental mindsets, behavioural transformations, and skill enhancement. Her engagements encompass governmental bodies, corporations, multilateral/bilateral organizations, foundations, and educational institutions nationally and internationally. She has orchestrated compelling webinars, seminars, training sessions, and hands-on activities that drive positive change, solidifying her reputation as an environmental education influencer. Dr. Neha's innovations extend to educational game creation, authoring over 50 books and contributing to research articles. Her notable work, epitomized by the acclaimed "Save the Rain," has earned her recognition, establishing her as a prominent figure in the field. Her extensive experience across governmental bodies, corporate settings, and international organizations underscores her adaptability. At the same time, her specialized proficiency in environmental awareness, behaviour change, and sustainability firmly positions her as an expert. Her journey commenced with impactful roles, including participation in GLOBE (Global Learning and Observation to Benefit the Environment) during her stint in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India. Her role as an Environment Researcher at the esteemed M C Mehta Environmental Foundation, aiding significant Public Interest Litigations (PILs) in the Supreme Court of India, underscores her dedication to tangible change.
